We are all born with the ability to astral project. Practice is the only reason some astral project and some do not. You are going to feel heaviness as each area of your body becomes relaxed. The tension will leave your muscles; your energy will slip away as each part of your body relaxes. You will be able to feel it when this happens. When this consumes your entire body, you are ready to move on to astral projection.

By now your mind and body are ready for sleep, you need to stay alert. To do this many practitioners recommend that you come up with a line that you can repeat to yourself such as ‘I fly, I fly, I fly,’ you decide what you are going to say as there isn’t a right or wrong thing.

The mind tends to get bored when it is not doing anything, which can mean that it will drift and find something else to focus on. You don’t want that to happen. If the mind wanders then you need to quit the session. To help bring the mind back repeat your phrase.

Now, there are a couple of methods that can be employed to reach altered consciousness. You can use your repetitive statement to reach the altered state of consciousness. You can also use the body of light method, which is where you envision a body of light that you are going to see yourself transform into.

There are three feelings you are going to experience that will help you know that your astral body is going. First you are going to feel as though you are moving, then you are going to ‘see’ lights and colors infront of your eyes (remember that your eyes are closed) this is simply the astral body moving into the astral world. Finally, you will hear voices that are going to be telling you to either stop what you are doing or encouraging you to continue. When you get to that third part you have successfully astral projected.

The main derivative of antimony metal is antimony trioxide. The many uses of this product include things as varied as a catalyst, an opacifier, a flame retardant synergist, a clarifying agent, or a white pigment. The glass industry also uses antimony oxide as a clarifying agent. Many glass manufacturers purchase antimony oxide clarifying agent to help with the quality of their product. Clarifying agents are what makes it possible to have clear glass. The bubbles, inclusions, and colors that the glass maker does not want in the final product are removed by adding the antimony during the meltdown process. Sand has many natural impurities and they will lead to light blue or light green glass if it is not treated with a clarifying agent. Some clarifying agents have problems of their own because over time they react with ultraviolet light, but antimony trioxide is not one of these. One example is with manganese oxide which turns the glass purple over time as it starts to break down.

One final use of antimony trioxide is as a pigment. It can be used as an opacifier for the porcelain and enamel industries often. Companies can purchase antimony is many ways like as a high purity antimony trioxide catalyst and as a result it is used in many final products. The Chinese calendar represents the longest chronological history of time in the entire world. It has been used since approximately 2600 BC. Let’s look at some ways you might use to awaken your own latent telepathy.

‘Mental-Muscle’ training

Just like you weren’t born knowing how to direct your vocal chords and mouth to speak a particular language, the 'muscles' responsible for telepathy need to be trained.

It is easiest to access the part of your brain which controls telepathic function when you are in a trance state. You can reach this state of deep relaxation by using relaxation techniques including meditation.

You have to practice until it is easy for you to reach this state. Once you have managed to do this, you have started training your mind to use telepathy.

Focus

It does take some practice to maintain your focus while in the deep relaxation of a trance state. Focus on someone who you want to telepathically communicate with as you relax and stay focused as you slip into a trance state.

Visualize them and project positive thoughts. Visualize them receiving your thoughts – remain focused on this until the recipient has had enough time to absorb these thoughts.

Then, break off the focus. You need to break the telepathic link so that they can feel this communication being cut off and start trying to contact you with their mind.

Keep practicing this technique; once you start telepathy training with a partner, this practice should have prepared you well for sending and receiving telepathic communications.

Partner Practice

One partner will be the sender and the other will be the receiver in this exercise. The sender should begin by projecting simple thoughts such as bright colors.

The receiver should keep a writing utensil and paper close at hand so that they can write down any communications they receive from the sender.

Afterwards, sender and receiver compare notes to assess how successful the exercise has been. Don’t get discouraged; telepathy is an ability which takes practice, but you will improve over time.
